Harry Bolster / Test Pilot / AVG "Flying Tigers"

This is a tribute to Harry Bolster, former AVG Flying Tiger turned test pilot. He was allowed to wear his previous insignia basically because nobodt wanted to restrict a guy risking his life every day the way test pilots do. Possibly made in theater due to the construction method being so common in the CBI, he probablt had one made in India or China somewhere...
