This faithful reproduction of the Chinese Blood Chit represents an early issue with official upgrade. Made of a fine weave cotton for durability otherwise visually perect and hard to tell from an original period piece...
It's the first issue type with left hand side chop and the "MAY GUO" characters stamped. The Government May Guo stamp in parentheses was black but the ink quickly faded to purple. These two characters represent "American" The early AVG chit didn't have that being a unit of the CAF so in this case making use of the surplus they hand stamped them...
